The brief was to co-ordinate all aspects of the conference allowing the client to focus on the technical content and corporate objectives of the event. The participants came from numerous nation-wide branches of the company, many of whom had not met in person before and therefore a key element was to engender a team spirit between the various groups.

The two-day event included two forms of team-building activities:-

A Treasure Hunt with two short stages spread over the two days designed to encourage team building in an entertaining and competitive environment and to further develop the business relationships of the participants.

A Gala Horse Race and Casino Evening staged after dinner with lots of good-humoured banter and great audience participation!
