| The client had only
a limited time space within a day focusing on creating
a better group understanding amongst the office staff.
Given the time constraints and the need to start and
return at the office it was decided that an abbreviated
treasure hunt should be held close to their base in
Marylebone.
The group was divided into teams and given a short briefing
outlining the objectives. There were two challenges
requiring the teams to work effectively together. Firstly,
a photographic challenge, requiring them to seek particular
locations and themes. Secondly, a collection challenge
requiring the acquisition or creation of specific themed
items requiring initiative and imagination and some
‘Blue Peter’ skills!
Teams returned to the office for tea and great cakes
followed by the announcement of the results and prize
giving. The staff had been divided into teams mixing
people from different departments and it was clear that
they had bonded well and this would improve a better
team spirit between the various groups.
