| Teams enjoyed coffee
and biscuits prior to the start of the day’s events.
The morning event was a walking treasure hunt around
the magnificent buildings of the Oxford Colleges with
the additional theme of Morse whose cases were centred
in this area. The teams had to use all their skills
and imagination to carry out the challenges. Lunch was
enjoyed at a famous old pub, again a popular haunt for
Morse.
The afternoon was a fun-packed punting stage where teams
could try their skills on the river. Teams enjoyed cool
bags with splendid refreshments and were just about
able to undertake the afternoon challenge of spotting
a number of items with a Morse theme, which were set
up along the route. All returned safe and sound to a
riverside inn for drinks and the prize giving for the
day’s event.
Teams returned to their hotel where softball and other
events were arranged prior to a relaxing couple of hours
before a great dinner and dancing at the hotel. All
agreed it had been an unforgettable and hugely enjoyable
day – a very satisfied group!!
