The client has an annual requirement for an away day for his team to examine all issues from work over the past year and to investigate ways to improve future performance.

The team met for morning coffee at a coffee bar by Camden Lock for a briefing for the first part of the day which was a walking treasure hunt leading from Camden along the Lock and finishing at a conference venue at London Zoo. The challenge included cryptic and photographic exercises with additional tasks to be completed along the route. The group was divided into teams of four and set out in an atmosphere of spirited and good-humoured competition.

The event concluded at the specially hired venue at London Zoo where a large buffet lunch was served before the announcement of the results and prize giving.

The afternoon was devoted to a discussion group dealing with past issues and charting the way forward. The group had a very constructive day and headed for an evening out on the town!
