The event was staged for an education and skills group focusing on a re-launch of the division under a new brand logo and structure. The requirement was for a morning meeting in one of the Zoo’s excellent conference suites followed by a buffet lunch. The afternoon was devoted to a treasure hunt around the zoo giving the various regional groups a chance to get to know each other and forge some bonds to carry forward within the new team structure.

The event took the teams ‘on safari’ around the zoo taking in some of the sights and sounds of this great London institution. ZSL, which runs the Zoo, is a charitable trust, which focuses on many of the key conservation and environment issues. The tasks included cryptic clue solving and observation, photographic and collection challenges and the treasure hunt took place in a spirit of fun and competition. Teams had the chance to see some of the fascinating animals in a safe and sustainable environment.

The afternoon finished with drinks and a prize giving before enjoying a barbecue to conclude a memorable and fruitful day.
